Trunk Show

Kalico Kut-ups invited SuzAnne Bean to present a trunk show.  SuzAnne is an expert when it comes to using wool and embroidery in her creations.  It was amazing to see her pin-cushions, pillows, and quilts.

Click on the picture for a better look at some of these really cute things.  There is a bucket at the top, elephant and cupcake pincushions and some table mats.

SuzAnne finally decided that she loves Kaffe Fassett  fabric and designs.

This little quilt shows how piecing and embroidery complement each other.

The quilting on this one is wonderful and the blocks look like they are floating.

 Over the river and.....

Click on this picture!  There is so much detail in the stitching.  I've been watching a couple of ladies in my quilt guild working on the panels for a lo-o-ong  time.   Just beautiful, SuzAnne!

All of the snowflakes are felted wool, which means no turning any edges under.  It's a stunning quilt.  SuzAnne teaches wool applique at Sweet Lavender in Roy, UT.
